My goal is to compete at The World Masters Swimming Championships in August 2006. My training is going to step up in pace in the weeks and months ahead. But will my diet 'step up in pace' too to provide the right fuel at the right times?
I should be able to learn from the many swimming blogs what are good practices to follow. It would be great if I could down load and then use their grocery shopping suggestions and link that do my training schedule.
